Life happens—we totally get it! At Sparkling Homes Cleaning, we do our best to accommodate schedule changes, but we also have to look out for our hardworking cleaning technicians. That’s why we ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning.

Why Do We Require 48 Hours' Notice?

Our cleaning technicians rely on their schedules to plan their workdays and income. When a cleaning is canceled last-minute, it’s often too late to fill that spot with another client.

What Happens If You Cancel or Reschedule Late?

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee goes directly to the cleaning techs assigned to your home to help compensate for the lost income.

How to Reschedule Without a Fee

✔️ Give us at least 48 hours' notice – Call, text, or email us as soon as possible.

✔️ Consider rescheduling instead of canceling – If something comes up, we can try to find another time that works for you!

✔️ Book recurring cleanings – A set schedule makes planning easier and reduces last-minute changes.
