Do I Need to Be Home?

The short answer: No, but you are absolutely welcome to be!

We understand that everyone has different comfort levels and schedules. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with a garage code, key, or lockbox access so they can return to a sparkling clean house after a busy day. However, if you’d rather be present while we work, we are more than happy to work around you.

Preparing for Your Cleaning Appointment

To ensure our team can provide the most thorough and efficient service possible, we kindly ask that you take a few simple steps before our arrival:

• Clear the Clutter: Please pick up toys, clothes, shoes, or loose paperwork from the floors and countertops. This allows our cleaners to focus 100% of their time on deep cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping rather than tidying.

• Secure Valuables: Please put away any fragile, irreplaceable, or highly valuable items. While we treat every home with the utmost care, accidents can happen, and we want to ensure your special items stay perfectly safe.

Pets & Cleaning

We love pets—as long as they love us back!

If your furry friends are friendly and comfortable around new people and the loud noise of a vacuum, they are more than welcome to roam free. However, if your pet gets anxious, defensive, or tends to get underfoot around strangers, we kindly ask that you crate them or keep them in a designated, separate room during our visit for their safety and the safety of our team.

Appointment Windows & Arrival Notifications

Because we dedicate as much time as each individual home needs, we work within arrival windows rather than exact times:

• Morning Appointments: Typically arrive between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM.

• Afternoon Appointments: Typically arrive between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, depending on when the cleaner finishes their morning home.
