If you are super anxious to get on the schedule, you can book right from the email your quote came in (there are directions in the email on how this works) or you will receive a call from Misty to get you all set up. Please note, we are closed on nights and weekends, so even though we try to get to all of our messages as quickly as possible, our business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
We generally perform a deep clean on your home prior to adding you to recurring services. We will send multiple cleaning techs to the deep clean and depending on the size of your home, we may send only 1 tech for the recurring cleans or 2 if you have a larger home. After each clean we ask that you please fill out the Quality Survey so we know how we are doing for your home. We always appreciate feedback so we can customize the cleans to how you appreciate them! Our cleaning techs also get rewarded for great reviews, that we call #sparkles!
